If you have a delivery to your home while you are away, we can put it inside your home or garage for you.

We can meet vendors at your home to work on maintenance items or perform work. We will act on your behalf and supervise any repairs or monthly maintenance for you.

We check, as often as your would like to make sure that nothing is visibly leaking. Hot water heaters, pipes, ice makers, pool equipment or other things that could damage your home.

We take pride in our skills for design and can stage your home to prepare for a sale, or for company, a party or gathering.

It's important to inspect the exterior of your home to check for visible signs of damage, security issues, or unusual changes while your away. We look from the ground at the roofline, pools, screens, doors, windows, driveway and walkways as well as your lawn, weeds, plants to ensure they are all being taken care of from your vendors. If they are not, we can call vendors for you and meet them or send them pictures of the problem areas to address.

Our interior Inspection focuses on signs of leakage, humidity issues, pest activity, or other visible problems. We ensure windows and doors are locked, thermostat and AC are working as well as appliances. We report any unusual changes or problems.
